Debunking Failure All Talk & No Action Blabla & His Fan's Biased, Misrepresentative, & Fallacious Hate Against Innovative & Successful Alpha Destiny Debunks start with these >>> arrows."But why doesn't Alex just prove himself to Blabla and do his challenge instead of changing his goals again?" "Jason, I started working out in February and switched to a 3 day full body training routine over a month ago. Working out Monday, Wednesday, Friday and I do squats every workout and so far I'm squatting more weight every workout and just hit 200lbs for 5x5 atg. "You've made several videos about Alex. Give it a rest dude. " "Tell that to John Kuc, Bill Kazmaier, Don Reinhoudt, John Cole etc. Ha ha ha ha ha haha! It's obvious that the basics worked for them. " "He's manipulated a lot of young impressionable men with his ego lifting" "Alpha trains all theses variations of lifts and is strong at them. But his conventional powerlifts are nothing to shout about. He admitted himself his best paused bench would be about 330, squat 440-50 and deadlift 550. He wouldn't do very well in a tested meet. But he's only strong in all these weird variations and cheat reps cos he knows his conventional lifts are average in his weight class." "Jason serious question.. how can you expect Alex to admit he is wrong when he has sold 100's of ebooks and his whole brand is based on what you are calling out? think about it.. " "This is well known. I know for a fact that for example the trainers nowadays intentionally are taught and encouraged to get people to do these strange exercises. They are told to do these fancy exercises and make the training fun and whatever they have to do to get clients. They literally don't care about the results "the management that tells the trainers what to do anyway" they just want it fun and get them to keep paying the $. " "Alpha destiny's comment sections are riddled with people complaining that they were injured while on his programs" >>> Here in another one of his misguided, jealous, hateful, butthurt, and desperate attack videos against Mr. Leonidas, Jason Blablabla openly displays more of his ignorance when he mistakes the Behind the Back Deadlift for the Jefferson Deadlift and says most people can lift more on it than the Conventional Deadlift: https://youtu.be/LpCLFu_YF5Y?t=6m59s. However Jason is wrong, if you look it up. The Behind the Back Deadlift is not the Jefferson Deadlift but the Hack Deadlift.>>> Blabla's desperate and pathetic comments speculating about Alex being on Adderall are just pedantic.>>> Bald Destiny [A.K.A. going back to doing what he believes in and proving his ways and not worrying about pleasing people like the trolls] by AlphaDestiny>>> The Truth About "Half Reps" by AlphaDestiny >>> Rack Pull Dangerous? ">>> "destroyed blaha, stronger than him and look better while weighing 60 lbs less and being natty too lol">>> "I sincerely hope Alex does NOT respond to Jason's videos. Please DO NOT validate him AT ALL by responding. He likes to leach off other Youtubers with a growing fanbase." >>> "This video proves who is all around stronger guy. Blaha is doing push press and conventional deadlifts with sub-max weights, that's all he is good at. Alex can outlift him on 300+ different exercise variations.">>> "AlphaDestiny3 days ago |
Do what WORKS FOR YOU health & fitness Blog
GET DIRT CHEAP BUT VERY HIGH QUALITY, LONG LASTING RESISTANCE BANDS HERE:
If you enjoy this blog, PLEASE support it by purchasing your resistance bands from the image link above every time you want to buy some. I would greatly appreciate it. Resistance bands are a definitely great and legitimate way to get resistance for strength training and bodybuilding, and in many ways are actually superior. And you do not need that many (cost efficient) if you know how to use them properly to make them challenging with less bands needed. I personally use them for isolation work and weight calisthenics.
